Check on Mine is not an emergency service. It can fail: phones lose power or signal, notifications get silenced or delayed, and servers go down. Never rely on it in place of calling 911.
Using the app
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private. Only connect with people who have agreed to check on you or be checked on. Don't use Check on Mine to watch someone without their knowledge — every connection starts with the person being checked on sharing a code.
What we provide
The app is free. We work to keep it running and alerts timely, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we may change or stop the service. To the extent the law allows, Frazier Industries Mach 2 LLC is not liable for harm resulting from an alert that was late, missed, or sent in error.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used to harass or track people without consent.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
