Common questions
My family wasn't alerted, but I didn't answer the nudge.
Check that notifications are allowed for Check on Mine on the phones of the people checking on you, and that their phones are online. Alerts go out as notifications from the app.
I keep getting "Are you OK?" in the morning.
Set your sleep hours to match when you really get up: Settings, then Sleep hours. You can also give yourself more time in the morning.
Does it drain my battery?
No. It uses the step counter your phone keeps anyway and never tracks your location in the background.
I'm going on a trip.
Use Pause in Settings. SOS still works while you're paused.
