3. Acceptable Use

• Wellness check-in purposes
• Emergency contact coordination with proper consent
• Trip safety monitoring
• Medication reminders and tracking

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Check on Mine to:

• Track or monitor others without their explicit consent

• Submit false emergency alerts or abuse the SOS system

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems

5. Emergency Contact Requirements

When adding emergency contacts, you must:

• Obtain consent from each contact before adding them
• Provide accurate contact information
• Inform contacts about the nature and frequency of potential alerts
• Promptly remove contacts who withdraw consent

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access
• Using multi-factor authentication as required
